Whole food supplements

Whole food supplements refer to a separate class of food supplement industry. They are foods that are compressed into tablet form. They can be consumed either as capsule or powder. They do not contain parts of food ,synthetic or isolated vitamins . They also do not contain pesticides or residues or GMO ( Genetically Modified organisms ).

They are not generally sterilized. They also do not contain animal products or any other drugs. They are very closer to nature and provide only foods that are beneficial to consumers. They also do not contain isolated minerals, amino acids, carotenes or any other harmful substance. The whole food supplements generally include carrots , broccoli , kale , alfalfa , wheat grass , acerola cherry, cauliflower, kelp, wild pansy, spirulina, bovine liver, bovine kidney, radishes and quinoa.

The ingredients within foods work as a team to feed cells. The cofactors within nature's food are also present in whole food supplements. They include vitamins, minerals, enzymes, antioxidants, amino acids, proteins and much more
