Raw Food Diet

A raw food diet refers to the diet which consists of foods that are not heated above a certain temperature. The maximum temperature allowed varies according to the diet. It is usually from 92 degree Fahrenheit to 118 degree Fahrenheit. This diet includes foods like raw fruits, raw vegetables, raw nuts, raw seeds , raw dairy products such as raw milk , raw eggs , raw meat and raw honey .

A person who consumes raw food is called as a raw foodist . The raw foods are said to bring greater health benefits. They prevent and heal several sickness and chronic diseases. Most rawfoodists accept freezing food .

Nuts and seeds are often frozen by the raw foodist to preserve their freshness. The raw food diets are easy to prepare. Some raw foods may require advancing planning for the preparation. For instance, rice and similar grains require sprouting or soaking for a night to make it digestible.
