Individual diet plans are offered to suit your needs and you can share your thoughts with other people dieting on the Internet too. Prices for diet plans range from $5 to $50 a week and results have shown that most people using these plans find the useful and motivating. At least these plans are a lot less expensive than a personal diet coach in real life. |
