The South Beach Diet and its success were based on the fact that the intake of carbohydrates and fats were seriously limited. Designer of the South Beach diet Dr. Arthur Agatston has now released "The South Beach Heart Program." Most of us should be able to lead a healthy life with a body that has no problems by applying our common sense to our everyday diets. Cutting down on fats and eating a large amount of vegetables and fruits will obviously be better for people than eating meals with a large percentage of fats and salt. Sales figures of this new book will eventually show if people are (again) taking their best health advice from a book. |
